At Portrait & Paws, every item is made to order and personalized specifically for you and your pet. Because of the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once production has begun. All personalized items are considered final sale.

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, please contact our support team. We'll review your concerns and do our best to find a fair solution.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing it. Because our artists begin preparing custom artwork shortly after an order is received, requests made after this time cannot be guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Photo Requirements

The quality of your finished artwork depends on the quality of the photo you provide. For the best results, please follow the recommendations in our Photo Guide before submitting your order.

While we accept the vast majority of uploaded photos, images that are blurry, heavily cropped, low-resolution, or poorly lit may affect the final result. If we determine that your photo isn't suitable, our team will contact you before production begins.

We cannot guarantee every special editing request, such as changing facial expressions, opening or closing a pet's mouth, or making significant alterations to the original image. However, whenever possible, we may be able to accommodate minor adjustments.

Please note that the product photos displayed on our website were created using high-quality reference images. The final artwork quality will depend on the photo submitted with your order.

Promotions & Store Policies

Promo Codes

Only one promotional code may be applied per order. Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers, transferred to another customer, or redeemed for cash unless otherwise stated. Certain promotions may exclude specific products or require minimum purchase amounts.

Shipping charges are calculated after all applicable discounts have been applied.

Discounts cannot be applied retroactively. Please ensure your promotional code is entered during checkout, as we are unable to adjust pricing once an order has been placed.
