Custom Products

All products sold by Portrait & Paws are custom-made and personalized based on the information, photos, and instructions you provide. Due to the personalized nature of our products, each order is unique and cannot be resold.

Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, you represent that:

· You own or have permission to use all uploaded photos, artwork, names, and other content.

· Your uploaded content does not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal rights.

· You are responsible for reviewing all information submitted before placing your order.

You agree to indemnify and hold Portrait & Paws harmless from any claims arising from content you provide.

Artwork Approval

For products requiring artwork approval, you are responsible for carefully reviewing your proof before approving it.

Once artwork has been approved, production begins immediately.

Portrait & Paws is not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect details, colors, pet names, or design elements that were approved by the customer.

Product Appearance

Actual printed products may vary slightly from digital proofs due to monitor settings, printing processes, materials, lighting, and manufacturing tolerances.

Minor differences in color, placement, sizing, or finish are not considered defects.

Production & Shipping

Production times are estimates only and may vary due to order volume, holidays, shipping carrier delays, supplier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Pricing

We reserve the right to change pricing, promotions, discounts, and product availability at any time without notice.

Obvious pricing or technical errors may be corrected, including after an order is submitted.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, graphics, logos, website content, and original artwork created by Portrait & Paws remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

Customers receive the physical product purchased but do not acquire ownership of our artwork, designs, templates, or creative process.

Our artwork may not be reproduced, resold, modified, or used commercially without our written permission.

Portfolio Rights

Unless you request otherwise before production begins, Portrait & Paws may use completed artwork or photographs of finished products for our portfolio, website, advertising, and social media.

We will not publish sensitive personal information.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Portrait & Paws shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, supply shortages, labor disputes, internet outages, government actions, pandemics, or shipping carrier delays.
