Shipping policy

Most artworks are completed within 2–3 days of placing your order.

Once your artwork has been approved, we'll print and ship your order within 1–2 days.

Estimated Delivery Times:

United States: 2–5 business days from the date your order ships.

International Orders: 5–10 business days from the date your order ships.

Shipping Rates:

• Free U.S. shipping on orders over $100

• Orders under $100 ship within the U.S. for a flat rate of $10

• Orders shipping to the UK, Canada, and Australia are charged a flat rate of $10

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select European countries.

 

Important Production & Shipping Information

Please note that if there is an issue with your order—such as needing a different pet photo—your production timeline may be extended while we wait for updated information.

Before printing, we send every customer an artwork preview for approval. The sooner we receive your approval, the sooner we can move your order into production and shipment.

All orders are shipped with tracking. As soon as your tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to you by email.

During the holiday season, shipping carriers experience significantly higher parcel volumes. As a result, delivery times may be longer than usual.

Please Note

• We occasionally offer Skip the Line as an optional upgrade. This service moves your pet photo to the front of our artists' queue, allowing your artwork to be completed sooner. It does not speed up shipping or courier delivery times.

• If we need to request a new pet photo for your order, please understand that this will naturally increase the overall production time.

• Customers are given up to 3 days (72 hours) to review and approve their artwork proof. If we do not receive a response within 72 hours, your artwork will be automatically approved and sent to print.
